Ivory Coast native commits to Cal Poly

Kebe Mamadou, a Class of 2012 defender prospect from Abidjan, Ivory Coast, has verbally committed to Cal Poly, ESPNHS learned Monday.

Mamadou currently resides in California where he is attending LA Teacher Prep (Los Angeles, Calif.). He is rostered for the LA Galaxy under-17/18 squad in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy, however, he has not appeared in a match this season.

He joins a recruiting class that includes: Kip Colvey, John Chronopoulos, Sean Dhillon, Ruben Duran, Jesse Ham, Wade Hamilton, Jack O'Connor, Kody Wakasa.
