Pateadores midfielder commits to Brown

Mason Case, a Class of 2012 prospect from California, confirmed to ESPNHS that he has committed to Brown University.

The midfielder prospect had 19 goals and eight assists last school year while playing at Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, Calif.).

He won the Golden Ball honor at the US Youth Soccer National Championships while playing for Slammers during the 2010 national tournament. Case currently plays for Pateadores in the US Soccer Development Academy.

Case joins a recruiting class that includes Tariq Akeel, Will Cross, Jack Gorab and Jameson Lochhead.
