Report: Elite LB Reuben Foster to transfer

According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Troup County (LaGrange, Ga.) junior linebacker Reuben Foster, who's one of the nation's top recruits in the Class of 2013, plans on transferring due to the recent firing of his head coach, Charles Flowers.

“I’m definitely gone, I’m leaving, I’m out of here,” Foster told the AJC. “Coach Flowers has changed my life. He’s like a father figure. It’s just not right with what happened.”

Foster, who has committed to defending BCS champ Alabama, was named an ESPNHS All-American as a junior after racking up 185 total tackles (144 solo), 32 tackles for loss and 14 sacks.
