Why Louisville?: "I loved everything about Louisville right away. I was able to go to a basketball game on my first visit and it was pretty amazing to see how good the athletics are and how much school spirit the students have. Louisville has everything I was looking for with academics, the soccer program, and the atmosphere. But most importantly, I wanted a school that wanted me as much as I wanted them and there is no question that it was Louisville. The coaches and players are phenomenal and I really feel like I will learn so much from them. Overall, I had an awesome experience when I visited and I just knew that Louisville was the right fit for me."

What surprised you the most about the recruiting process?: "I was surprised with how early the process started and how fast it went by. I had to stay persistant with contacting coaches and sending e-mails and making the time to visit all the campuses. I was also very surprised with the encouragement and support I received from the coaches after my ACL injury. They reassured me I would be back playing stronger than ever and to stay positive."
