Week 4 rankings: Big plays on D fuel No. 1 Everett

Quarterback Jonathan DiBiaso threw four touchdown passes, but it was the Everett defense that keyed the Crimson Tide's 34-21 win over Barnstable on Saturday. The No. 1 Tide forced a pair of red-zone turnovers in sealing the win. First, junior Jalen Felix intercepted Barnstable QB D.J. Crook in the end zone. Later, Crook was sacked and fumbled, and Everett's Joey White scooped up the ball and ran 95 yards for the game-clinching touchdown.

The only change near the top of the Massachusetts POWERADE rankings is the flip-flopping of BC High and Xaverian. BC High lost its second game (both to New Jersey schools), and while we overlooked the first out-of-state loss, Xaverian simply looks better right now.
