Over the weekend, D.J. Singleton ended his hot recruitment by committing to Wisconsin. With the 6-foot-2, 200-pound safety/linebacker becoming their 10th pledge, the Badgers are quietly putting together one of the nation's top classes for 2012.
Singleton, a senior at St. Peter's Prep, is ranked No. 10 in the state by ESPNU and, if not for Don Bosco's loaded secondary, probably would have moved from our Players to Watch list to the first-team defense. The powerful athlete, known for his aggressive play, also earned offers from the likes of Rutgers, Tennessee and Michigan State.
