Jamestown's Paige headed out of state

The Empire State lost one of its up-and-coming talents this week when Jaysean Paige transferred from Jamestown to Perry County Central in Kentucky, according to this Examiner report.

Paige's transfer comes as a bit of a surprise and is a huge loss for Jamestown. As a sophomore, the standout guard averaged 26.1 points, 8.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game to lead the Red Raiders to the Class AA final.
