The ESPNHS All-America Football team dropped today, and Ohio landed three athletes on the squad.
No big surprise that Kenton QB Maty Mauk was selected to the team. The Missouri commit broke several national records during his career and led the Wildcats to the Division IV title game. The second-teamer was named Mr. Ohio and Gatorade State Player of the Year. Taft DE Adolphus Washington joined Mauk on the second team. The Ohio State commit helped the Senators go 7-3 in the fall. Centerville DE Ifeadi Odenigbo and Walsh Jesuit kicker Ross Martin were picked for the third team. Odenigbo is the No. 50 player in the ESPNU 150 and has offers from a host of BCS programs. He guided the Elks to seven wins before falling to Middletown in the playoffs. Martin is rated the nation's No. 2 kicker and will play in January's Under Armour All-American Game. He has committed to Duke.
