CB Greg Toler misses practice with knee injury

INDIANAPOLIS – The Colts' first practice of the week in preparation for Sunday’s divisional playoff game against the Denver Broncos featured only one starter sitting out because of an injury.

Cornerback Greg Toler didn’t practice because of a knee injury. Coach Chuck Pagano is calling Toler day-to-day.

Offensive lineman A.Q. Shipley, who missed last weekend’s game against Cincinnati with an ankle injury, returned to practice Wednesday. His return is good for the Colts because they lack depth on the offensive line. Shipley will be the backup at both guard spots and center. Right tackle Gosder Cherilus and guard Hugh Thornton are out for the season with injuries. Center Jonotthan Harrison is still going through the concussion protocol.

Here’s the rest of the Colts’ injury report Wednesday:

Did not practice: Linebacker Henoc Muamba (back), linebacker D'Qwell Jackson (rest)

Limited practice: Linebacker Andrew Jackson (hamstring), linebacker Erik Walden (knee)
