Robinson goes from OW to WR

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jaguars no longer have an offensive weapon.

That's the position (OW) the team gave fifth-round pick Denard Robinson, who spent most of his four years at Michigan playing quarterback. However, the team, at the league's request, has revised the roster and he's now just listed as a wide receiver.

Robinson, though, is technically not a receiver. He has not been much of an offensive weapon, either. He has lined up as a wildcat quarterback and running back and is averaging minus-0.3 yards per carry -- minus-1 yard on four carries. He has returned two kickoffs for 54 yards, though.

One factor in Robinson's switch to receiver is that he wants to wear No. 16 and he can only do that as a wide receiver.
