LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Clippers will begin the 2013 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas on Friday and announced their 14-man roster on Monday.
The squad will include Clippers 2013 first-round draft pick Reggie Bullock; DaJuan Summers and Maalik Wayns, who were on the Clippers last season; Jonny Flynn, who was the No. 6 pick of the 2009 NBA draft (and is currently playing with Indiana in the Orlando summer league); and Brandon Davies, who was a standout center at BYU.
The Clippers’ summer league team will play a five-game slate in Las Vegas from July 12-22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
A tournament-style schedule is being implemented this season that will crown the first ever NBA Summer League champion on Monday, July 22.
The Clippers will begin the preliminary round on opening day with a game against the Atlanta Hawks at 3 p.m. PT on Friday.
