The Greeks have assured themselves of at least a playoff spot, but a victory here would almost certainly send them to Poland and the Ukraine as Group F winners. Croatia claims the group with a victory, and a tie will probably be enough, too.

Jurgen Klinsmann is still seeking his first victory as U.S. coach, but assessing talent and building a personality are more important at this stage. Honduras, too, is using the friendly in suburban Miami to prepare for the start of its World Cup qualifying campaign next year.

Reigning champ Pumas hasn't lost in six games, all competitions, and has returned atop the Primera Division standings with successive wins over Toluca, Estudiantes Tecos and America. The Cats head to suburban Monterrey to take on third-place Tigres, which is only two points back.

If Seattle doesn't win, the Shield is L.A.'s.

The Anteaters bounced back from a Big West Conference-opening loss to Cal Poly with wins at UC Santa Barbara and Cal State Fullerton, expected to be their chief challengers for the title. Northridge also beat Fullerton and comes in atop the conference with a 2-0-0 mark.
