Fremont High School (Los Angeles), 4 p.m.

The Pathfinders just won their first CIF Los Angeles City Section title in 19 years, and their reward is a battle with the Southern Section Division 3 champs. Paramount is looking for a second CIF Southern California Regional title in three years.

The Galaxy sits just 180 minutes from region's final four, and getting there could depend on how they do in front of about 45,000 screaming Canadians in a quarterfinal first leg. The returns of Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan might be the advantage they need.

The little powerhouse from Madera Ranchos, just north of Fresno, heads to L.A. for a CIF Southern California Regionals Division III semifinal. Marymount is angling for a rematch with Oaks Christian, which prevailed in the Southern Section Division 4 final.
