MLS Power Rankings, Week 2: No change at the top

Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Nick Rimando hopes ankle issues won't keep him out this week vs. L.A. Bob Levey/Getty Images

Not a lot of change in the rankings -- no change at all in the top seven -- but kudos to D.C. United, Philadelphia and Vancouver for pulling out, in order, impressive, difficult and emotional victories.

We're in a FIFA international fixture date, and the U.S. U-20 team is in camp before its World Cup qualifiers, so only a few teams have full rosters for this weekend's games (and we note below who's gone on international duty, according to MLS and the affected clubs).
