UCLA quarterback Kevin Prince was limited in practice Wednesday after injuring his right shoulder Saturday at Kansas State, but coach Rick Neuheisel said it was nothing that would keep Prince from playing against Stanford.
"He's just sore so we have him on a pitch count," Neuheisel said. "Kevin can use the rest."
Prince was sacked three times last week against Kansas State and rushed 12 times for 45 yards. He did most of the drills during the first half of practice Tuesday and Wednesday but sat out much of the second half both days.
Offensive coordinator Norm Chow said the injury, on the same shoulder Prince separated last year, was just the normal wear and tear on a football player.
"There's not a guy out here who isn't nicked up in some way," Chow said.
