As we've seen from the league's premier franchises time and time again, so much of NBA team-building is about hitting singles and doubles -- finding undervalued talent that has yet to reach its peak. As the Feb. 8 trade deadlines approaches, we take a look at a handful of young players who could be worth buying low for both contenders and rebuilding teams alike.

While the NBA is clearly full of talent all 30 franchises would love to acquire, we'll focus more on young players who either aren't earning consistent minutes or haven't quite lived up to expectations thus far, yet could be due for an uptick in production moving forward.
