Three point guards are projected to be selected in the top half of the first round of the 2013 NBA draft -- Oklahoma State's Marcus Smart, Michigan's Trey Burke and Syracuse's Michael Carter-Williams -- and Dallas looks as though it will end up picking somewhere between No. 13 and No. 15. Though none have announced intentions to declare for the draft, the feeling is that it's a forgone conclusion that each of them are NBA bound.
