TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- When Alabama cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick went down in the third quarter, it looked like he might have injured his shoulder.
He came off the field holding that arm and went to the locker room. But he's back out there now on the field, so Alabama fans can breathe a big sigh of relief.
He's a big part of this defense and has tackled extremely well today. He's also one of the main reasons this secondary has gone from a liability last season at times to a strength this season.
Alabama, leading 38-14, has totally taken Arkansas' talented receiving corps out of this game.
