Get ready for a Big 12 Saturday night trio

We already saw some insanity earlier today with Baylor and West Virginia's explosion, but that's only the appetizer for a much larger course of three Big 12 games tonight.

Here's a little bit of what you can expect, and where you can find each game (all times ET):

No. 15 TCU at SMU (7 p.m., Fox Sports Net): Revealing stat from ESPN Stats and Info: SMU has beaten two ranked teams in 35 tries since returning from the death penalty. Both came against rival TCU in the battle for the Iron Skillet, and both cost TCU a possible spot in the BCS. It was TCU's only loss in 2005 and one of just two in 2011. It was the last loss for TCU before the Frogs mounted a still-running, 11-game winning streak. TCU has to cut out the turnovers in the red zone, or SMU might log a third win against the Frogs. They have to do it in Dallas this time.

Texas Tech at Iowa State (7 p.m., Fox College Sports): One of these teams wants to convince the rest of the league it's a bowl team and maybe more. Both are unranked. Both are 3-0. The winner might find itself in the Top 25 tomorrow if it wins. Iowa State's defense has been strong this year and late last season, but can it handle a Texas Tech offense back at full strength after enduring tons of injuries a year ago? We'll find out tonight.

No. 12 Texas at Oklahoma State (7:30 p.m., FOX): There's been no official word on who Oklahoma State start at quarterback, but smart money is on redshirt freshman J.W. Walsh. If Oklahoma State can get a great performance from the offensive line and establish its run game, it'll keep Texas' pass rush at bay and offer a ton of support for J.W. Walsh. Texas' running game, meanwhile, is expected to roll in this one. Can Oklahoma State's front seven change that? I'll be in the house tonight to see for myself. It's my first look at both teams in person this season. I'm pretty excited about it.
