Georgia Tech will go bowling no matter what happens in the ACC championship game.
The NCAA approved the school's bowl waiver, allowing the Jackets to go bowling even if they lose to Florida State on Saturday to finish with a 6-7 record. The move was not surprising -- the NCAA also granted UCLA's waiver just before it played in the Pac-12 title game against Oregon last season. The Bruins lost and went bowling at 6-7.
