Alabama, in all likelihood, will finish with the No. 1-ranked recruiting class for 2014, and the Crimson Tide are off to a very good start for their 2015 class as well.
On Saturday, Alabama secured commitments from two prospects, wide receiver Daylon Charlot (Patterson, La./Patterson) and offensive guard Lester Cotton (Tuscaloosa, Ala./Tuscaloosa Central), during the Crimson Tide’s junior day.
The two prospects confirmed their decisions via Twitter.

Charlot, the No. 129 player in the ESPN Junior 300, also holds offers from Arizona State and Mississippi State, and Cotton holds an offer from Mississippi State.
According to his Recruiting Nation scouting report, Charlot has a big upside.
"Charlot is an athletic, well-rounded receiver who is not afraid to mix it up in a crowd,” his scouting report reads. "Has good upside with improvements to playing speed and route running.”
Cotton, like Charlot, has a lot of potential.
"Cotton has a lot of upside,” his Recruiting Nation scouting report reads. "Does move well down field but will need to continue improving athleticism to be most effective in second level. Has a very good frame, but there is still concern about ability to protect the edge. May be best suited for the offensive guard position at the next level.”
The Tide now has seven commitments in their 2015 class, including an impressive five that are ranked in the ESPN Junior 300.
