FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- This looks interesting.
Whenever the topic is Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick, there is usually something compelling attached to it. The two have a long, sometimes complicated history together, and they both agreed to sit down with Ken Rodgers of NFL Films to talk about it as part of an upcoming ESPN 30 for 30 film.
A big part of their story, of course, involves the rival New York Jets and New England Patriots -- Parcells leaving New England following the 1996 season to take the Jets' head coaching job, taking Belichick with him, then resigning after the 1999 campaign and handing the reigns over to Belichick, who then immediately stepped down and ultimately landed in New England.
But what initially linked them -- the New York Giants organization -- serves as the meeting place for what looks like a must-see 30 for 30.
