FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Wide receiver Jeremy Kerley (concussion) did not practice Tuesday and all signs point to him being inactive for Thursday's game against the Patriots. Kerley has not practiced the last two days after being hit in the head during Sunday's win against the Buccaneers.
