Jets fan Larry David not happy with team's winning streak

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Larry David is pretty, pretty upset by the New York Jets' winning streak.

The Brooklyn-born comedian calls himself a Jets fan, but he apparently wants them to tank for a top quarterback in next year's draft. David shared his feelings during a phone interview on "The Dan Patrick Show."

It went like this:

Al Michaels: Your Jets are doing great.

David: Oh, god, please. What's wrong with them?

Patrick: Wait, no, you've won two games.

David: No, I don't want to win any games. I'm sick about this.

Looking ahead to the 2018 draft, Patrick asked David if he prefers UCLA's Josh Rosen or USC's Sam Darnold. After a pause, David replied, "I gotta go with the Jew."

Davis is making the media rounds to promote the re-launch of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." This whole Jets tanking-versus-winning thing might make for a funny storyline in an episode. Just a suggestion, Larry.
