You’re a Brooklyn Nets fan.
You just woke up.
Life is good.
And that’s something they hadn’t been able to do of late.
So what if they nearly blew it? Whatever.
A win is a win.
And, for now, at least, nothing else matters.
The Nets (4-10) are just two games back of the first-place Toronto Raptors (6-8) in the Atlantic Division.
They’re very much alive. Amazing what a win can do.
The Los Angeles Lakers are in town on Wednesday night. It’s the second half of a back-to-back.
Should you expect a win? Probably not. But who knows? If the Nets win this game, they’ll pretty much be playing with house money in Houston and Memphis over the weekend.
Perhaps the Nets can start to build something.
