Teletovic replaces Livingston in lineup

Mirza Teletovic will replace Shaun Livingston in the Brooklyn Nets' starting lineup Saturday night against the Indiana Pacers.

Nets coach Jason Kidd told reporters that he wanted to go bigger against Indiana's front line of Danny Granger, David West, Roy Hibbert.

Teletovic has started three of the previous four games, and is averaging 15.5 points and shooting 43.8 percent from 3-point range.

Deron Williams, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett will also start for the Nets.

• Asked about Andray Blatche missing four games for personal reasons, Kidd said, "It's just personal. It's a team issue, so no need to comment about it."

Asked if Blatche will be back after the team's three-game roadtrip, Kidd said, "We just said four games, and hopefully he's back by then," according to the New York Post.

Brook Lopez will have surgery Jan. 4 to repair the broken fifth metatarsal in his right foot, according to Lenn Robbins, the reporter for the team's official website. Lopez has already been ruled out for the season.

Andrei Kirilenko (back) will miss his 25th straight game. He did end up traveling with the team.
