No KG, AK-47 tonight; D-Will in

The Brooklyn Nets will be without Kevin Garnett and Andrei Kirilenko when they face the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday night, and they could also be without Marcus Thornton.

Deron Williams (illness) will play, the Nets announced.

Thornton (back) will not play.

Garnett will miss his 14th straight game due to back spasms, while Kirilenko will miss his second straight game and 33rd overall this season due to a sprained left ankle.

Thornton suffered his injury in the first half of Monday night’s overtime loss to New Orleans and did not return. Thornton told reporters in Charlotte that he was pessimistic about playing.

Williams was not at shootaround, according to reporters in Charlotte.

Garnett remains out indefinitely.
