The Nets signed second-round pick Tyshawn Taylor, the team announced Friday.
Terms of the deal with Taylor -- a Hoboken, N.J., native -- were not disclosed.
The Nets acquired Taylor’s rights for cash on draft night after the Kansas guard was selected 41st overall by the Blazers. The 6-foot-3 Taylor averaged career bests of 16.6 points and 4.8 assists as a senior last season, leading the Jayhawks to the national championship game.
