Lopez to start against Bulls

Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez will start on Saturday night against the Chicago Bulls in the second game of a back-to-back, Nets coach Avery Johnson told reporters.

Lopez returned from a seven-game absence due to a right foot sprain on Friday night against the Detroit Pistons. He scored nine points, grabbed four rebounds and blocked three shots in 24 minutes.

Johnson said Lopez will play about the same amount of minutes on Saturday night.

The Nets are 11-4 with Lopez in the lineup, 2-5 without him.
