Lopez reacts to All-Star snub

Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez reacted to his All-Star snub Friday, when asked about it by reporters in Memphis.

“I was a little disappointed there was no one from our team at all. It's tough for me to envision,” Lopez said, according to the New York Times.

“I just thought he should’ve made it. ... We hurt for him,” point guard Deron Williams said, according to the Times.

Lopez is having the best season of his career, and has been one of the most efficient players in the entire NBA. Still, he was passed over by the Eastern Conference coaches in favor of Joakim Noah, Tyson Chandler and Chris Bosh. Many felt Lopez should’ve made the team over Bosh.

“They must just feel our chemistry is unbelievable because we’re winning games with limited talent here,” interim coach P.J. Carlesimo said, according to the New York Post.
