Belichick dodges 'SpyGate' query

INDIANAPOLIS -- Four years ago, one of the storylines heading into Super Bowl XLII was SpyGate, the illegal videotaping scandal that tarnished the Patriots' reputation and resulted in severe sanctions from the NFL. (Remember, it was the Jets who blew the whistle on the Patriots, adding fuel to an already acromonious rivalry.)

On Thursday, Bill Belichick was asked if his three Super Bowl titles are tainted in any way by the scandal.

"We moved on from everything in the past," the Patriots' coach said. "We are focused on this game. That's it."

And presumably, his cameras are focused on where they're supposed to be.
