Injury report: Tuck says he will play

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Defensive end Justin Tuck went through a limited practice Wednesday, and said he will play Sunday against the Eagles.

Barring a setback later this week, the Giants' defensive captain will play despite a shoulder injury that kept him out of Sunday's loss to the Ravens.

"I got a lot in my tank," Tuck said. "Don’t start that. I’m good. I’ll find enough."

Guard Chris Snee (hip), center David Baas (hip/shoulder), cornerback Prince Amukamara (hamstring), defensive tackle Chris Canty (knee), running back Ahmad Bradshaw (knee) and wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (knee) did not practice Wednesday.

Nicks said he is unsure if he will play against the Eagles.

"We’ll see, we really don’t know yet, they haven’t really told me nothing about it yet," said Nicks, who has been visibly hobbled of late. "Whatever they choose for me to do I’m sure it’s gonna be in the best benefit of the team and myself so I’ll just take it and roll with it."

Snee also said he is uncertain about his status for Sunday. "I don’t know," Snee said. "[Playing is] always my plan. Whether how good I feel, I always give it everything I have and will continue to do so. If I’m able to get in my stance I’ll be out there."

Safety Kenny Phillips (knee) went through a limited practice. Coach Tom Coughlin said he did not play Phillips against the Ravens after seeing how he moved in practice, plus considering what they needed on special teams.

Tight end Travis Beckum (knee) has already been ruled out for the game.
