Injury update: O'Hara not practicing

Tom Coughlin said center Shaun O'Hara will not practice today with a mild sprained Lisfranc injury in his right foot.

The head coach said "we'll see" when asked if he expects to have O'Hara this week. It is likely O'Hara will miss Sunday's game at Seattle. Adam Koets will start his fourth game if O'Hara can't play.

Fullback Madison Hedgecock, who has missed three straight games, will do some work in practice, a bit more than individual work. Tight end Bear Pascoe has filled in admirably. When asked if Pascoe will stay at fullback, Coughlin replied, "we'll see how that goes."

Tackle William Beatty (foot) has been doing some agility drills but is not ready to practice yet after undergoing foot surgery after the season opener. He hopes to be playing again sometime in the middle of the month.

Defensive end Osi Umenyiora is listed on the pre-practice report with a knee issue but it is nothing new as Umenyiora has been managing a knee injury most of the season. He is expected to practice later in the week and play against Seattle.

Linebacker Gerris Wilkinson is practicing with protection around his broken hand.

Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, kicker Lawrence Tynes and linebacker Keith Bulluck are not listed on the practice report and are ready to go after the bye week.
