Teams were allowed to begin negotiating with rookies starting Monday evening and a few names have already been linked to the Giants.
Since no rookies can officially sign any contracts until Tuesday starting at 10 a.m., some of these are not set in stone yet as players could potentially change their minds. Boston College linebacker Mark Herzlich says he is officially a Giant. But per numerous reports, these are some other names linked to the Giants, pending official confirmation:

Pittsburgh FB Henry Hynoski per the Newark Star-Ledger.
Iowa State SS David Sims per what's believed to be his Twitter page.
Richmond DT Martin Parker per Star-Ledger.
Oregon LB Spencer Paysinger per what's believed to be his Twitter page.
Florida DE Justin Trattou per Star-Ledger.
Nebraska DE Pierre Allen was reported to have agreed to terms with the Giants but we are able to confirm that Allen did not and will likely be heading to Seattle.
