Snee re-works contract

NFC East blogger Dan Graziano reports that guard Chris Snee has re-worked his contract twice since the beginning of August to help the Giants' cap flexibility.

A source told Graziano that Snee re-did his deal Aug. 5 "to remove a punt-block incentive and save the team more than $1 million in cap space, and just recently converted $2 million of his 2011 salary into a signing bonus to save the team another $1.5 million."

Snee is entering the fourth year of a six-year, $41.25 million deal.
