Melo fifth in jersey sales

If you're desperate for positive news amid this dismal season for the Knicks, we've got something for you.

The NBA announced Thursday morning that Carmelo Anthony ranks fifth in jersey sales since the season started.

Miami's LeBron James is No. 1, followed by Kobe Bryant, Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant and Anthony.

Anthony had the fifth-highest selling jersey last season, too.

There's no official count for how many orange jerseys have been sold. With the Knicks 0-6 in their orange unis so far this season, we're guessing the number isn't very high.
