9:46 p.m.: Josh Thole delivers his third career homer -- a walk-off shot in the 10th. Mets win, 2-1. Hisanori Takahashi (10-6) gets the win with two scoreless relief innings.

9:13 p.m.: David Wright pinch hits for Pat Misch in the eighth and flies out into a stiff wind in left field. Misch limited the Nats to one run while tossing 109 pitches and striking out a career-high 10. Misch gets a no-decision.

8:44 p.m.: Mike Morse homers with one out in the seventh. 1-1.

8:43 p.m.: Pat Misch has struck out a career-high nine batters and is working on a two-hit shutout in the seventh.

8:13 p.m.: Ike Davis delivers a solo homer in the fourth inning off Jordan Zimmermann. That gives Davis 71 RBIs for the season, tied with Ty Wigginton for the second-most in franchise history by a rookie. Darryl Strawberry is the leader at 74 RBIs. Davis' 19 homers also ties Ron Swoboda for second-most homers by a rookie in franchise history. Strawberry had 26 in 1983. Pat Misch has tossed four scoreless innings. Mets 1, Nats 0 after four.
