Angel Pagan will hit leadoff if Jose Reyes' hamstring keeps him sidelined on Sunday.
"It's something I've done before," Pagan said. "It's just a matter of trying to provide a spark."
For his career, Pagan is hitting .305 in the leadoff spot in 528 at-bats.
He's hitting .258 in 52 games this season.
Ruben Tejada is likely to replace Reyes at short. He said after Saturday's game that he feels comfortable at short. In 24 starts at shortstop last season, Tejada made just two errors in 110 chances.
This season, he's made three starts at short, making one error in 16 chances.
