10:13 p.m.: Ike Davis wins it with a walk-off homer in the 11th. The Mets are perfect on the homestand.
10:10 p.m.: Elmer Dessens bails out the Mets in the 11th. He enters and strikes out Scott Hairston to end the frame. Dessens had inherited a runner on second and two out from Pedro Feliciano.
9:57 p.m.: Intrigue with two out in the 10th. Angel Pagan sends a shot to the top of the 16-foot wall in right field. Fan may have touched ball with hand, but regardless it stays in play and Pagan is credited with a triple. The ball did not appear as though it would clear the wall anyway. Padres apparently wanted Pagan to be placed at second base because fan touched. Jason Bay then grounds out to end the inning, making Padres' plea moot.
9:51 p.m.: Jose Reyes in discomfort after fouling a ball off his right shin in the 10th.
9:42 p.m.: K-Rod replaces Mike Pelfrey for the 10th. Pelfrey's line: 9 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 6 K, 0 BB, 103 pitches (78 strikes)
9:31 p.m.: Mike Pelfrey gets through the ninth unscathed. He strikes out Nick Hundley, then gets Will Venable on a comebacker to the pitcher. Score tied at 1, heading to the bottom of the ninth.
9:28 p.m.: Tough break for Mike Pelfrey in the ninth. After retiring Adrian Gonzalez, he gets Scott Hairston to ground to third base. David Wright flings the would-be second out wide of Ike Davis for a two-base error. The Mets had a shot to get Hairston advancing to second after Ruben Tejada recovered the baseball in foul ground, but Jose Reyes couldn't hold Tejada's one-hop throw and apply the tag.
9:11 p.m.: Mike Pelfrey works around a one-out double to pinch hitter Lance Zawadzki in the eighth. He strikes out David Eckstein and retires Chase Headley on a flyout to right field. Pelfrey has limited the Padres to one run on five hits through eight innings. Last week in San Diego, he limited the Padres to one run and four hits in eight innings. He has limited opponents to three runs in 29 innings over his past four starts -- and he's only at 89 pitches so far in this one.
8:59 p.m.: After a video review, Jose Reyes is awarded a solo homer, overturning the on-field call of a ball in play and a double. It was the fifth replay involving the Mets this season, and the second involving a Mets batter. The other came May 11, with Ike Davis batting against Washington's Miguel Batista. That initial call of a foul ball stood. Reyes' homer was his second of the season. The other came May 26 Philadelphia's Joe Blanton.
8:50 p.m.: Mike Pelfrey strikes out Jerry Hairston Jr. looking to end the top of the seventh. Mets still trail, 1-0, though.
8:27 p.m.: Jason Bay strikes out with runners on the corners and two out in the fifth inning against Clayton Richard. Padres lead, 1-0, heading to the sixth.
8:19 p.m.: Mike Pelfrey has breezed through the top of the fifth, but the Mets still trail, 1-0.
7:39 p.m.: Jeff Francoeur extends his hitting streak to 11 games with a two-out single in the second inning.
7:19 p.m.: The Padres get to Mike Pelfrey for a run in the top of the first, on Adrian Gonzalez's double off the left-field wall, which scores Chase Headley.

Game notes: Major League Baseball won't step in and stop Oliver Perez's trip to the disabled list. ... Padres catcher Yorvit Torrealba, who has a grievance still pending over the Mets' aborted pursuit of him as a free agent during the 2007-08 offseason, has not had an arbitrator rule yet, according to a Major League Baseball source. The case had been heard over the winter. ... Jerry Manuel indicated he would use Jesus Feliciano as a "spot starter" in the outfield. ... Rotation switch: Jon Niese will stay on standard rest and face the San Diego Padres on Thursday, with R.A. Dickey pushed to Friday in Baltimore.
