Daniel Murphy picked up the big hit of the Mets' win, a two-run single in the first. Murphy went 7-for-12 (.583) in the series against the Diamondbacks.
He is now hitting .315 on the season.
"He is such a good hitter," Terry Collins said. "He is going to hit 12-to-15 homers. We know that. What he does is he puts the bat on the ball. He has a chance to drive runs in."
