PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Jersey guy Anthony Seratelli, a utility candidate for the Opening Day roster, was the high scorer on the first Sunday of weekly Mets spring-training bowling.
After a disappointing 151 in his first game, Seratelli bowled a 236 the next game.
Cory Mazzoni rolled one game of 229.
Seratelli, a product of Old Bridge High School and Seton Hall, said he bowled a pair of 300-games while a teenager, at ages 15 and 17. It took him one game Sunday night to shake off the rust.
