lastname Quintanilla a formality. The trio all have significant service time and were not on the 40-man roster.

Quintailla did not play after July 11 with Triple-A Las Vegas because of a torn meniscus.

Lannan, working in relief, had a 15.75 ERA in five April appearances with the Mets before being dropped from the big-league roster. He then had a seven-week absence from the organization before finishing the season in the minors.

Teagarden was bypassed for a September call-up with Juan Centeno already on the 40-man roster.
