LAS VEGAS 6, ALBUQUERQUE 4: Matt Reynolds and Brandon Allen had hits in the 51s' three-run ninth inning. Allen and Travis Taijeron each had three hits in the game. Starter Tyler Pill allowed three runs in five innings. John Church got credit for the win after a scoreless inning of relief, and Chase Bradford earned his fourth save despite allowing an unearned run in the bottom of the ninth. Box »

PORTLAND 6, BINGHAMTON 3: Right fielder Brandon Nimmo had two of the B-Mets' five hits, drove in one of the three runs, and threw out a runner at the plate. Starter Rainy Lara allowed four runs in five innings and took his first loss of the season. The Mets also announced that right-hander Domingo Tapia had Tommy John surgery. PALM BEACH 3, ST. LUCIE 0: The Mets were held to seven hits, but 2014 first-round draft pick Michael Conforto had three of them. Conforto doubled in the first inning and added singles in the sixth and the ninth. In 27 games in the Florida State League this season, Conforto has a .306 batting average, a .372 on-base percentage and an .881 OPS. Mets starter Marcos Molina allowed two runs on four hits in five innings, before he was forced from the game by a two-hour rain delay. Box »
