Hello from Harrison

HARRISON, N.J. - We here at ESPNNewYork.com have a severe case of World Cup fever.

So, to get our soccer fix until things kick off in South Africa, we decided to take the PATH Train from Manhattan to Harrison, N.J., and check out the Red Bulls as they take on the Houston Dynamo on Wednesday night.

Join us on the blog as we provide our take on the night at spectacular Red Bull Arena as the Red Bulls (5-5) look to snap a four-game skid against Western Conference foe Houston (5-5-1).

The Red Bulls haven't won in a month and the luster on their new $200 million arena may be fading. Unless we have a late-arriving crowd ready to storm through the gates, the team's beautiful 25,000-seat arena will be less than half full for Wednesday's tilt.

The Bulls opened the season at 5-1, equaling last season's win total. But have dropped four straight, including a 3-2 setback at New England on Saturday night, and sit in third place in the Eastern Conference. The loss to New England was the second straight in which the Red Bulls allowed three goals. After allowing just four goals in the opening six games, the Bulls have let up 11 in their last four.

Look for a strong performance from Red Bulls goalie Bouna Coundoul, who starred at Manhattan's Martin Luther King HS, if the Bulls are to reverse that trend and snap the four-game losing streak.

We've just kicked off at the arena and we'll post lineups shortly.
