Cano Grand Slam breaks it open

Robinson Cano drilled an Al Alburquerque offering deep into the second deck in right to give the Yankees an 8-1 lead in the seventh.

Alburquerque hadn't allowed a homer in 43 1/3 innings in the regular season.

The Yankees last postseason grand slam came on Oct. 17, 1999 when Ricky Ledee hit one against the Red Sox in Game 4 of the ALCS.
