Pre-Game Notes: With a righty starting for Boston, Raul Ibanez gets the start in left as part of the makeshift platoon with Andruw Jones until Brett Gardner (right elbow) returns from the DL . . . Andy Pettitte was supposed to start in Daytona today, but because rain is expected there, he will make a start in Tampa in an extended spring training game instead . . . Michael Pineda will pitch in a game for the first time since going on the DL with right shoulder tendinitis. Pineda is scheduled to throw two innings in an extended spring game on Saturday . . . Game time was moved from 3:05 to 3:15 to accomodate pre-game ceremonies commemorating the 100th anniversary of the first game at Fenway Park. Many notable former Red Sox are scheduled to take part. And for the record, the games were long, close and intense even back then: The Red Sox won that game on April 12, 1912, 7-6 in 11 innings-- over the Yankees. . .
