If John Kasay connects on that 50-yard field goal, we're talking this morning about the Giants being in a free-fall. By the way, I guess you can't call a false start on a kicker. He started forward before the snap and then had to gather himself. I'm wondering if that threw his rhythm off a little bit.

It's sort of unstable to watch how Kasay takes such a narrow path to the ball. That's not the way Steve Hoffman taught me how to approach the ball. My distant cousin Mark Moseley (spells his name wrong) was the last of the great straight-on kickers.
