As some of you know, we're on the record saying the Redskins should take a pass-rusher (Brian Orakpo) or an offensive tackle (Andre Smith) at No. 13 and stick with Jason Campbell for at least another season. But reports coming out of Washington suggest the Redskins will make a run at USC quarterback Mark Sanchez.
On Thursday, NFC West blogger Mike Sando suggested the Seahawks (No. 4 pick) may have been showing interest in Sanchez to drive up his value in a potential trade scenario. If the Seahawks could strike a deal with Dan Snyder, they'd be happy to be out of the top 10 -- and to have an additional pick. I'm sure talks between some of the teams interested in Sanchez have already begun, but things won't get hot and heavy until about 24 hours before the draft.
