The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out starting cornerback Asante Samuel and right tackle Winston Justice for Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Neither player will make the trip to Arlington, Texas. Samuel practiced Wednesday on a limited basis, but he appeared to have a setback with his knee injury.
Justice didn't practice during the week and he'll be replaced by King Dunlap at right tackle. Joselio Hanson will replace Samuel for the third straight game and Trevard Lindley will take the field in nickel packages. It's not good news for the Eagles, but it wasn't unexpected.
