Waiting to talk to Vick

PHILADELPHIA -- As you might imagine, the Eagles' NovaCare Complex is swimming with reporters right now. Outside the gates, about 40 Eagles fans had gathered. But so far, we haven't seen any protesters.

Michael Vick is expected to take the stage at 11 a.m. ET. And despite the short notice, it looks like reporters managed to fly in from across the nation. I just turned around and counted 21 video cameras inside the main auditorium. And the Eagles' media workroom was already packed at 10 a.m. ET.

Here are a couple headlines from the Philadelphia Daily News from this morning: "Vick has new leash on life" and "Hide your dogs!"

Classy, classy stuff. There are close to 100 reporters inside the auditorium right now. I've got some prime real estate three rows from the podium in a center orchestra seat. OK, we're about to get started.

Sounds like we'll hear from Vick, Andy Reid, Tony Dungy and Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie. Each of them will make a statement, and then they will take questions.
